Shipping Information
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) items will ship in 2-4 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM CST with Next Day or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES: Melya Jewelry cannot control these costs and is not responsible for any duties/taxes/VAT applied to your package, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges if they apply.
In rare cases, you might be contacted by customs to submit an invoice. In this case, you can simply forward our order confirmation email which you’ve received when placing your order.
All website prices are exclusive of sales tax. VAT is not collected at checkout. MelyaJewelry is not responsible for VAT and customs fees which will be charged to the customer directly by the shipping service provider.
