Return Policy

We want you to adore your jewelry as much as we do! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return options below to find the one that works best for you.

We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

To start a return, please contact us at support@melyajewelry.com. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line and specify the return option you would like to request.

Store Credit

All returns will be issued as a store credit in the form of a digital gift card. This credit  expires in one year and  can be used on any item, including new arrivals and sale pieces! Returns eligible for store credit include items that don’t fit or meet your expectations.

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY.

While we do not offer cash refunds, we are happy to provide store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the amount paid, which can be used for future purchases.

Your store credit gift card will be emailed once we have received and inspected your return. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing.

1. Final Sale Items

  • All jewelry purchased during final sale events or with final sale discounts is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Custom or personalized jewelry items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. General Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn, and free of damage.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and pouches.
  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Please email us before returning item
  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “not eligible for return” cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at support@melyajewelry.com We’re here to help and will guide you through the process.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 15-30days business days.
  • Refunds will be issued as a store credit in the form of a gift card.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • To exchange an item, please follow the same steps as initiating a return.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging for a faster resolution and order number.
  • Give us 4-7 days to issue a refund as a store credit (gift card)

8. International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties and taxes.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed international returns.

9. Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns or items sent back without approval will not be processed.
  • Items returned in a condition that does not meet our policy requirements may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Orders and Cancellations

At Melya Jewelry, we deeply value you as our customer and strive to ensure your experience with us is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Please review our policy on orders and cancellations below, crafted with your convenience and understanding in mind.

An agreement for Melya Jewelry ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price, and applicable tax are agreed upon between the Purchaser and Seller when the order is placed. Any additional charges for transport, packaging, freight, and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and are to be borne by the Purchaser.

Placing an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or canceled. However, if you have any concerns or questions about your order, please contact us promptly, and we will do our best to assist you within the scope of this policy.

Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offers or payment and to modify or cancel promotions due to system errors or unforeseen problems. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to address any issues that may arise.
